Reinstatement Regulation

Information:

Personnel who have been officially assigned prior to their resignation are entitled to attempt a reinstatement request to return to their duties. Requests to return to the Department will be evaluated on the following factors:

• Service record;

• Length of employment;

• Length of the absence.

The employee will be subject to a background check which will examine their employment, activities, and associates since their resignation from the Agency. The San Andreas Aviation Administration reserves the right to deny applications as it sees fit and administer long-term rejection.

When a reinstatement is requested by a former employee, the following shall apply:
The completed reinstatement folder and background investigation shall be forwarded to the designated bureau.
The designated bureau shall request the Deputy Administrator, or the Board of Directors to review the application and recommend a returning rank.
The final decision as to the returning rank shall be the prerogative of the Agency.

Criteria

Former employees must meet the following criteria prior to submitting a request for reinstatement. Submitting an application without meeting all requirements will result in denial.

• Must have completed their training assignment within the San Andreas Aviation Administration

• Must not have been terminated by the San Andreas Aviation Administration

• Must have maintained a clean criminal record

Former employees must ensure they meet the following out of character requirements:

• Applicants who are terminated on OOC grounds shall submit a reinstatement form at least THIRTY (30) days after their termination to gauge whether their position can be restored.

• Applicants who are denied from reinstatement may not attempt a second reinstatement or attempt personnel recruitment until explicit permission is obtained from Executive Staff.
