Leonardo Hamilton is a half Caucasian and half Japanese decent, and he grew up in Chinatown, San Fierro just north of Blaine County, and the City of Los Santos. After high school, he relocated to Liberty City, Empire State where he attended the Empire State College studying pre-law. After finishing college, he got a few entry level jobs working at law firms as a paralegal where he worked numerous types of cases from civil, financial, criminal, and so forth. One day, Leo looked back at his younger days in San Andreas and missed the old consistent sunny warm weather of the sun touching his cheeks.

Leonardo decided to move back to his roots, but this time to Los Santos, where he can start anew. He hopes to go through the bar licensing process, and earn his BAR license to practice law in the State of San Andreas. Leo would also hope to one day join the ranks of the Los Santos Police Department where he can get familiar with its legal structures which would assist me more on his career in law. Leo wants not only enforce the law, but to also serve his community to ensure that innocent people do not become victims of the systems due to a lack of due diligence and care.
